Small Group Personal Training. We take everyday Men and Women on a complete weight-lifting journey. Whether you're completely new to it, or a veteran in need of direction/structure, we've got you with the North Easts Premium, Small Group PT program.
Born in 2013 when RT Fitness moved to a studio, completely unrivalled in its VIP service The Barbell Club is the product of years of development and testing that will continue for many years to come.
Lifting weights in a safe and positive environment, you will be coached in comfortable, private facilities with no mirrors or phones allowed. You're in here for a reason, to improve on you, not for check-ins, selfies or Instagram posts.

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more people to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
